Our Contingent Model is ideal for small to mid-size GOVCON firms that only hire occasionally. There’s no monthly commitment — just a success fee when we fill your role. It’s flexible, simple, and performance-based.

·Our team will work on an ”at-will” basis to locate suitable candidates for your roles.

    $15,000.00 placement bonus

        o $10,000.00 invoiced on day 1

        o $5,000 invoiced on Day 60

RETAINED SOURCING SUPPORT

The Retained Sourcing model is best suited for companies with a consistent pipeline of open roles who need help identifying and engaging qualified talent. Our team acts as an extension of your brand — reaching out to potential candidates, sharing details about your company and opportunities and gauging initial interest. We then pass along engaged candidates so your internal team can take over for interviewing and evaluation.

Full-time sourcing or recruiting support

    o 1 dedicated Sourcing Consultant

    o Additional support from the ERG team (at-will)​

    $5,000.00 monthly retainer

    $10,000.00 placement bonus

       o $6,000 invoiced when new hire starts

       o $4000 payment on day 60

RETAINED SOURCING & RECRUITNIG SUPPORT

This model builds on the Retained Sourcing approach by adding a critical layer of support: candidate screening and qualification. In addition to sourcing and initial outreach, our recruiters work directly with engaged candidates to assess fit, validate credentials, and prepare them for success. From resume refinement to readiness coaching, we ensure every candidate you see is pre-qualified and presentation-ready — saving you valuable time and improving hiring outcomes.

   o 1 dedicated Recruiting Consultant

   o Additional support from  the ERG team (at-will)

ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

This is our most comprehensive and high-touch model — designed for organizations seeking a fully integrated staffing solution. You’ll be supported by a dedicated sourcing specialist, recruiting professional, and staffing consultant who collaborate closely with your leadership team to design and optimize your entire staffing strategy. We also take the lead in managing relationships with prime contractors and subcontractors, creating a more coordinated and productive environment that drives hiring success across the board.

ERG manages the entire staffing enterprise providing:

Dedicated sourcing and recruiting support

   o 1 dedicated Sourcing Consultant

   o 1 dedicated Recruiting Consultant

   o Additional support of the ERG team (at-will)

   o 1 Dedicated Staffing Management Consultant—provides subject matter expertise on devising and implementing your staffing management process

    $15,000.00 monthly retainer

No placement bonus paid on first 10 hires annually

    $5,000.00 placement bonus (on hires made after the tenth hire)

  o $2,500 payment on Day 1

  o $2,500 payment on Day 60

PROPOSAL SUPPORT

Our Proposal Support model is designed to strengthen your bids with credible, data-driven staffing components. We assist in developing staffing plans, generating qualified candidate pipelines, and providing key personnel resumes to meet solicitation requirements. Our team also delivers market research and competitive salary benchmarks — helping you build proposals that are not only compliant, but compelling.

Our team can assist your proposal efforts by locating key personnel, pipeline generation, market surveys, and salary information.
